About us

RAILOR FINANCIAL GROUP (UK) LTD, trading as Railor24 (“RAILOR24”, “we”, “our”, “us”), is a company registered in England & Wales (Reg. No. 12876432) and authorised as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) (FRN 915472). We are registered with the UK Data Protection Authority (Information Commissioner’s Office or ICO) under the reference number ZA762189.

RAILOR24 provides electronic money services, payment accounts, and related financial solutions to individuals and businesses. Safeguarding of client funds is carried out in accordance with applicable UK regulations.

Account Opening & Eligibility

  • To open a Railor account, your business must be duly incorporated and operating in accordance with applicable laws in its jurisdiction of registration.
  • Railor reserves the right to request any documentation necessary to complete its Know Your Business (“KYB”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification procedures, including but not limited to: certificate of incorporation, proof of registered address, identification documents of beneficial owners and directors, and a description of business activity.

Services

Railor provides the following core services to eligible business clients:

  • Multi-currency IBAN accounts supporting 70+ currencies
  • SEPA, SEPA Instant, SWIFT, and local payment rail transfers
  • Foreign exchange (“FX”) conversion services
  • Debit and prepaid business payment cards

Additional or customised services may be made available to eligible clients upon request and subject to separate agreement.

Fees & Charges

All applicable fees for Railor’s services are outlined in the Fee Schedule, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available upon request or within your account dashboard.

Railor reserves the right to update its fees with a minimum of 30 days’ prior written notice to the Client.

All fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Railor applies a transparent, fixed fee on all FX conversions. The applicable rate and fee are displayed to the Client prior to confirmation of any transaction.
